Section 1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the bdd44 platform and all its services. By accessing the bdd44.cam website or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to fully accept these Terms.

Section 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bdd44 offers easy deposit and withdrawal facilities through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Deposits must be made from your own account only — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited
• Deposit amounts are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳)
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally updated immediately

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal time: processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus
• There is a set time limit for claiming the bonus — if the deadline passes, the bonus will be cancelled

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

bdd44's three-tier VIP program includes weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week — entry level for regular players
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week — for experienced players
• Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week — for top-tier VIP members

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a player's activity and contribution to the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for actual betting and cannot be withdrawn directly
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account cancellation

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology
• Game results are completely independent and impartial — previous results do not affect future results
• If a bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, bdd44 reserves the right to make a correction

6.3 Betting Limits

Section 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdd44:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party
• Bonus abuse or use of multiple accounts by the same person for the purpose of bonus hunting
• Attempting to influence the platform through hacking, malware, or other technical means
• Betting using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Fraudulent behaviour or collusion with other players
• Misconduct or making threats towards platform staff
• Creating an account using a false identity or false information

If any of the above activities are proven, bdd44 will immediately close the account, forfeit all bonuses and suspicious earnings, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

11.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before closure, however any active bonuses will be forfeited.

11.2 Closure by bdd44

bdd44 may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Prohibited activities listed in Section 7
• Providing false information or failure to verify identity
• No account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Legal or regulatory reasons

11.3 Inactive Accounts

An administrative fee may be charged on accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months. We will notify you by email before the inactivity fee is applied.

Section 12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

bdd44 reserves the right to modify these rules and terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform.

• Updated terms and conditions will take effect within 7 days of publication, unless immediate effect is required in an emergency situation
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions
• If you do not agree with the updated terms and conditions, you have the right to close your account
